PMKS Digital Grant 2025
The Madani Grant 2025 is a government initiative led by Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) and supported by MDEC and Malaysia MADANI. It provides micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) with a 50% matching grant of up to RM5,000 to adopt digital technologies.

Eligibility Criteria
- Malaysian-owned (≥60%) MSME
- Registered with SSM
- Minimum 6 months operation
- Annual sales ≥ RM50,000
- Haven’t received similar digital grants

What is MSME Digital Grant MADANI?
- A matching grant by MOF, BSN, MDEC & MCMC offering 50% of invoice value, up to RM 5,000 per eligible MSME or cooperative.
- Aims to support SMEs in digitalising operations (marketing, e-payments, ERP, IoT, etc.).
How to apply?
- Get a quotation from Wowonini Sdn. Bhd.
- Register via Funding Societies and choose Wowonini Sdn. Bhd. as Digital Partner
- Submit the required docs.
- Wait for approval (≈3 working days).
- Pay the invoice balance within 14 days.

Who’s eligible?
- Malaysian-owned MSMEs/cooperatives with ≥ 60% local ownership
- Registered ≥ 6 months (SSM, PBT licence, or SKM certificate).
- Annual turnover ≥ RM 50,000
- Not previously received any Digital Matching Grant under MADANI
- Rejected applicants can reapply, but previous beneficiaries cannot

What is the timeline & procedures
- Approval takes ~3 business days after submission .
- After approval, you must pay within 14 days or risk cancellation .
- Digital service is delivered upon payment; reimbursement follows service confirmation
What happens if I default?
- Missing the 14-day payment window results in automatic cancellation, requiring a re-application.
- Providing false information may lead to grant termination or clawback
